Britain's Got Talent star Janey Cutler dies aged 82

 

JANEY Cutler - The Lanarkshire great gran who shot to fame after wowing judges on Britain's Got Talent, has died at the age of 82.

It has been reported that the singer, famed for her rendition of Edith Piaf's 'Non Je Ne Regrette Rien' passed away at her Wishaw home yesterday (Tuesday, August 23).

Tributes have flooded the star's Facebook page since news of her death was revealed.

During auditions for Britain's Got Talent in 2010, Janey soon became a household name for her stunning voice and spirited character. Despite her age, the singer made it through to the live finals, coming ninth in the competition.
