GRETNA midfielder Ryan McGuffie hopes his side use "home" advantage when they face Motherwell tomorrow. It's an away game for the SPL's bottom side but it won't feel like it against their landlords. McGuffie said: "Motherwell are a good side and it will be a tough game but we are looking forward to it and hopefully we can take something from them. It is an away game but we are getting used to Fir Park. "In terms of our season so far we have done well and should have more points. "Against Hearts we maybe deserved to win but errors have cost us at times. "You need a bit of luck at times and we aren't failing through lack of effort. "Hopefully the manager will give me a start against Motherwell. I know he liked the system we played against Hearts but I will have to wait and see." Gretna boss Davie Irons' only crock is Martin Canning. |
