BOSS Jim Jefferies will meet chairman Michael Johnston this week for summit talks about the future of Kilmarnock. The club have plunged to second-bottom of the SPL and crashed 5-1 to Celtic in the Cup. Jefferies lost Colin Nish and Steven Naismith then tried to capture Allan Russell from Airdrie and Dundee's Paul Dixon but failed to receive sufficient cash backing. Now Johnston is under fire from Killie supporters who plan to stage a protest at this weekend's clash with Rangers at Rugby Park. |
