HIBS are facing an SFA probe after a bottle was thrown on to the pitch in Sunday's Edinburgh derby at Easter Road.
Beaks are set to write to the club after the missile landed in front of the east stand and was then handed by referee Charlie Richmond to his fourth official John Underhill in the 1-1 draw.
