WILLE MILLER wants Jimmy Calderwood and his 10 out-of-contract Aberdeen players to decide on their futures.
The Dons' director of football says the players must commit themselves by the January transfer window or risk heading for the exit door but hasn't laid down the same conditions for the manager.
Miller, right, said: "I haven't given Jimmy a deadline, but his situation is different from the players - there is no transfer window for bosses. I want him to stay, he knows that.
"As for the players, they know we are a good club and if they want to play in Scotland it will be hard to do better."
