Probe after three bodies found

11:05, Feb 5 2010

Detectives investigating the murders of two women found at a house in Oswestry, Shropshire, have found the body of a man nearby, West Mercia Police said.

Officers were called to an address in Oswestry, Shropshire, shortly after 5am on Friday.

Detective Superintendent Sheila Thornes from West Mercia Police, said the house in Hampton Road remained cordoned off as more than 40 officers worked on the investigation.

She added: "At this stage, we are unable to go into further detail.

"As soon as we are able, we will issue a further statement."

The coroner for Mid and North Shropshire, Mr John Ellery, has been informed.
