'Casualties' in US college shooting

20:05, Jan 22 2013

Multiple injuries have been reported in a shooting at a Texas college campus, an official says.

At least one person is in custody in connection with the Lone Star College campus shooting in Houston.

Authorities think there could potentially be a second shooter, said the law enforcement official.

The Houston-area community college is on lockdown.

Lone Star College System issued an alert on its website telling students and faculty to take immediate shelter or avoid the campus.
