Street murder: Man, 25, charged

A man has been charged in connection with the murder of a man who was found dead in the street. Thomas Graham Allwood, 55, was found lying across Pyothall Road in Broxburn, West Lothian, at around 4.45am on Thursday. A 25-year-old man will appear at Livingston Sheriff Court in connection with his murder on Monday.
