Three men have been jailed for life for a particularly brutal stabbing which left the victim's heart almost sliced in two.
Billy Faulds, 31, was stabbed 10 times in a planned attack at a bonfire night gathering in Glasgow's Hogganfield Park last year.
Steven Evans, 28, and cousins Christopher Harrison, 20, and 16-year-old Daniel Harrison received life sentences on Tuesday after being convicted of murder at the High Court in Glasgow last month.
They disguised their faces as they carried out the killing on November 5, which a medical expert said almost left father-of-one Mr Fauld's heart sliced in two.
Judge Lord Bonomy told Evans and Christopher Harrison they must serve a minimum of 18 years. Daniel Harrison was handed at least 15 years as the judge took into account his young age.
Relatives of Mr Faulds attended court wearing T-shirts with the victim's photograph and the words "Justice for Billy."
Cousin Peter Wright, 31, said: "They should have got longer. They should have got 25 years. They are animals, cowards."
Evans was at the bonfire gathering in Ruchazie and went to a house with the Harrisons, then returned to the park.
Lord Bonomy said that for reasons not established in court, "you three decided to arm yourselves and disguise yourselves to attack Billy Faulds. Together you took him by surprise and with such overwhelming force (he) was quickly rendered helpless, allowing you to kill him with knives. He was dead within minutes".
Cousin Marie Gallacher, 38, said outside court: "He was left absolutely brutalised."
