Martin Gordon

Mar 30 2010

By Carla Callaghan

FRIENDS and family of a missing Edinburgh nightclub boss are becoming increasingly worried.

Martin Gordon aka Tartan who manages nightclub Cabaret Voltaire has not been seen since last Wednesday after leaving his home at 8pm.

Co-workers raised the alarm at 11pm that night after Martin failed to turn up for his shift at 10pm.

Family and friends are becoming increasingly worried for the 33-year-old who's disapearance is said to be out of character.

Martin's worried flatmate, Richard Duff has set up a facebook page in an attempt to gather information on his friend's whereabouts - and the page has gained 12,000 followers who are eager to help find Martin.

Please help find Martin by joining the facebook group by visiting http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=105890859441834&ref=ts

Martin is five foot eleven inches tall with short dark hair. He is of thin but muscled build and has a blue wave tattoo on his right arm and a Calvin and Hobbes cartoon strip on his right calf.

Lothian and Borders Police have launched an investigation into Martin's disapearance and are urging anyone with information to come forward.

Anyone with information on Mr Gordon  is asked to contact Lothian and Borders Police on 0131 311 3131 or Cabaret Voltaire on 0131 220 6176.
