Man remanded over jewellery robbery

 

A third man has been remanded in custody in connection with a million-pound raid on a jewellery shop.

Merchandise worth up to £1 million was allegedly stolen from ROX in George Street, Edinburgh, on January 15.

Aldaire Warmington, 26, was charged with assault and robbery at Edinburgh Sheriff Court.

Warmington, who has no fixed address, made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody

Elliot Jorgensen, 25, from Salford, and Lincoln Warmington, 26, from Manchester, were arrested last week and charged with the same offences in Edinburgh on Friday.

They too made no plea or declaration and were remanded in custody.
