A man has been arrested in connection with an indecent assault that took place almost a year and a half ago.
The 43-year-old man has been linked to the alleged assault of a 21-year-old woman on February 19 last year.
The woman got into what she believed to be a private hire car in Glassford Street in Glasgow City Centre and was driven to Auchenhowie Road, Milngavie, where she was indecently assaulted by the male driver.
She did not require hospital treatment, but was shaken and distressed by the incident.
A report pertaining to the arrest of the man this weekend will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
