The Scottish Conservative leader is to ask delegates from other UK nations to show the same solidarity in the lead-up to the independence referendum as during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Ruth Davidson will make her rallying speech at the UK in Action session as part of the Conservative Party conference in Birmingham.
Representatives from other parts of the UK, including the Secretary of State for Wales David Jones, Scotland Office Minister David Mundell, and Theresa Villiers, Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, are expected to attend.
In her address, Ms Davidson will say that the United Kingdom is a "partnership that works", but one that is "under threat" from the pending referendum, which is likely to be held in autumn 2014.
She is expected to tell delegates: "In one of the world's great cities - London - this summer, the Olympics and Paralympics gave us the best illustration imaginable of how much we all benefit from working together.
"English, Scots, Welsh and Northern Irish athletes all triumphed thanks to the resources the UK was able to provide. And millions of sports fans, from right across the Kingdom, cheered on the red, white and blue to glory together.
"I am asking for that same solidarity now as we approach the referendum. We know times are difficult right now, but let's make sure we all speak up loud and clear about what makes this nation great and the great benefits we receive from being part of its number."
Ms Davidson will also say that the SNP government is "twisting and turning" on fundamental issues surrounding the prospect of independence, including the Queen, the currency and membership of Nato.
She will say: "Indeed, in the parliament in Edinburgh, every policy, every Bill, every SNP Act, must fit in with their overall goal of bringing the United Kingdom as we know it to an end. And that is something which affects every one of us, not just Scots."
SNP MSP Kenneth Gibson said: "It is becoming clearer by the day that the Tories and other anti-independence parties have nothing to offer Scotland, and Ruth Davidson's comments suggest they are running scared of the momentum which is building for a Yes vote to an independent Scotland."
