Chicken & Mango Korma Salad

Ingredients: (serves 4-6)

  • 6 x 15ml spoons mayonnaise
  • 6 x 15ml spoons natural Greek yogurt
  • 2 x 5ml spoons mild korma curry powder
  • 4 cooked chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 large mango, peeled and diced
  • 4 spring onions, finely sliced

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Refrigerate until required.
  3. Warm through before serving.
