Ingredients: (serves 2)
100g Reduced fat cheddar cheese, grated
- 100g Skimmed milk
- soft cheese
- 2 tbsp Fresh chives, chopped
- 1/2 Lemon, zest only
Method:
- Mix the cheeses with 1 tablespoon of the chives and the lemon zest.
- Wrap in greaseproof paper and shape into a roll.
- Chill for an hour.
- Roll in the remaining chives, cut into slices and serve with salad
and vegetable sticks.
