Recipe for Tuna Steaks with Tuscan mash

Servings: 4

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Tuna Steaks with Tuscan mash

4 tuna steaks

Olive oil

Lime

1lbs potatoes

1oz black sliced olives

2oz strong cheese

2oz butter

Freshly cut chopped oregano

Salt and pepper

Method:

Prepare mash potato and mix in olives, cheese, butter oregano and salt and pepper. Stir and keep warm ready to serve. To prepare the tuna steaks marinate with lime juice and ground black pepper and place on a griddle pan on high. Sear the tuna for 2 minutes on each side. Serve tuna steaks immediately with mash.
