Cheese Pate

Ingredients: (serves 2)

  • 100g Reduced fat cheddar cheese, grated
  • 100g Skimmed milk
  • soft cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/2 Lemon, zest only

Method:

  1. Mix the cheeses with 1 tablespoon of the chives and the lemon zest.
  2. Wrap in greaseproof paper and shape into a roll.
  3. Chill for an hour.
  4. Roll in the remaining chives, cut into slices and serve with salad and vegetable sticks.
