Cheese Stir-Fry

Ingredients: (serves 2)

  • 15g (1/2oz) Butter
  • 1 clove, crushed Garlic
  • 2 Spring onions, chopped
  • 175g Cabbage, shredded
  • 225g (8 oz) Bean sprouts
  • 110g (4 oz) Sweetcorn
  • ½ Red pepper, sliced
  • 3 tbsp Orange juice
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 150g (5 oz) Red Leicester cheese, cubed

Method:

  1. Melt the butter and fry the garlic, onion and cabbage for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the bean sprouts, sweetcorn and red pepper and cook stirring for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the orange juice and soy sauce.
  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese.
  5. Serve immediately.
