Ingredients: (serves 2)
- 15g (1/2oz) Butter
- 1 clove, crushed Garlic
- 2 Spring onions, chopped
- 175g Cabbage, shredded
- 225g (8 oz) Bean sprouts
- 110g (4 oz) Sweetcorn
- ½ Red pepper, sliced
- 3 tbsp Orange juice
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 150g (5 oz) Red Leicester cheese, cubed
Method:
- Melt the butter and fry the garlic, onion and cabbage for 30
seconds.
- Add the bean sprouts, sweetcorn and red pepper and cook stirring for
2 minutes.
- Stir in the orange juice and soy sauce.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese.
- Serve immediately.
