Gnocchi in Tomato Dressing

500g Gnocchi melted butter 8 medium sized tomatoes, peeled and sliced 4 finely chopped garlic cloves 20g fresh basil leaves 125ml olive oil salt and pepper Bring a large pan of water to the boil, with a pinch of salt. Drop in the gnocchi one by one and simmer for two to three minutes until all the gnocchi have risen to the surface. Drain and add to a dish containing warmed melted butter. Toss the chopped tomatoes, basil leaves, garlic and olive oil together and combine with gnocchi. Season to taste and serve.
