Real Hot Chocolate

Serves 1

You will need:

  • 25g (1oz)Plain chocolate, broken
  • Grated nutmeg, pinch
  • 200ml (7 fl oz) Milk
  • Sugar, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Double cream, whipped
  • Grated chocolate, a sprinkle
  1. Place the chocolate, nutmeg, milk and sugar to taste in a saucepan.
  2. Heat gently until the chocolate melts.
  3. Do not boil.
  4. Serve topped with the whipped cream and a sprinkle of grated chocolate.
