Serves 1
You will need:
- 25g (1oz)Plain chocolate, broken
- Grated nutmeg, pinch
- 200ml (7 fl oz) Milk
- Sugar, to taste
- 1 tbsp Double cream, whipped
- Grated chocolate, a sprinkle
- Place the chocolate, nutmeg, milk and sugar to taste in a saucepan.
- Heat gently until the chocolate melts.
- Do not boil.
- Serve topped with the whipped cream and a sprinkle of grated
chocolate.
