Ingredients 2 1/2 cups of flour 1/4 teaspoon of
salt 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 1 cup
of peanut butter 2 eggs 3/4 cup of butter, softened 48

To Make
In a large bowl combine flour, salt, brown sugar, and baking powder.
Stir in peanut butter, eggs, and butter. Beat until well blended. Shape
dough into a ball, wrap with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased
baking sheets. With a floured fork, press a cross design into the top of
each cookie. Bake 15 minutes or until golden. Remove cookies from oven
and quickly press the chocolate sweets into the center of each cookie.
Carefully transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool.
