Ingredients: (serves 4)
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 3 tsps chilli sauce
- 23 tsps vegetable oil
- 250ml carton hollandaise sauce
- 8 spring onions, finely chopped
- juice of 1 lime
Method:
- Mix the chicken with the chilli sauce and leave to marinate for 1
hour.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken over a medium heat
for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally or until cooked.
- Heat the hollandaise sauce, add the spring onions and lime juice,
mix well and spoon over the chicken.
- Serve.
