Chicken Goujons, Chilli Onion Hollandaise

Ingredients: (serves 4)

  • 4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 3 tsps chilli sauce
  • 23 tsps vegetable oil
  • 250ml carton hollandaise sauce
  • 8 spring onions, finely chopped
  • juice of 1 lime

Method:

  1. Mix the chicken with the chilli sauce and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken over a medium heat for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally or until cooked.
  3. Heat the hollandaise sauce, add the spring onions and lime juice, mix well and spoon over the chicken.
  4. Serve.
