Ingredients: (serves 4-6)
6 x 15ml spoons mayonnaise
- 6 x 15ml spoons natural Greek yogurt
- 2 x 5ml spoons mild korma curry powder
- 4 cooked chicken breasts, diced
- 1 large mango, peeled and diced
- 4 spring onions, finely sliced
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Refrigerate until required.
- Warm through before
serving.
