You will Need:
- 2 Ibs. of beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 12-14 0z. fresh mushrooms, halved or quartered, depending on size
- 1-2 onions chopped
- flour to coat beef
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces of sour cream
- Heat dutch oven or large skillet put in a whole stick of butter.
- Put 1/2 to 1 cup of flour in a plastic bag into this add beef strips
to coat.
- Put coated beef in melted butter and brown, add onions, mushrooms
and salt and pepper to taste.
- When all is browned add beef bouillon, ketchup and Worcestershire
sauce.
- Heat through than add sour cream and heat a few minutes longer.
- Serve with rice or noodles and enjoy!
