Cocktail: Strawberries and Cream

Drink enough of these and you'll cause a racket. You will need: 1 floz. Strawberry Schnapps1 1/2 tbsp. Sugar2 oz. single cream2 oz. Whole Strawberries Blend with 2 cups crushed ice until smooth. Pour into champagne flute. Garnish with strawberry. Serves two.
